This program honors Burners who have shown exceptional commitment to our community, and is a way for E11 to show our love and gratitude for their many years of beautiful service.⁠

In addition, this program will help to foster the development of new aspiring leaders and encourage them to follow in the grand footsteps of those honored Burners who have come before them. In this way, we hope to encourage new Burners to develop their leadership skills within our community and rise to fill leadership roles critical to our community and critical to our festival.⁠

Join us on Saturday, March 12th for stART, the Utah Burning Man Community's Precompression gathering!⁠
The purpose of this event is to showcase the projects being funded by Element 11 grant funds, and to allow our participating artists an opportunity to raise awareness of their projects, gather volunteers, and fundraise to further cover their costs.⁠

We will be using this time to conduct our Q1 Town Hall. We will be sharing important news and updates about our event and allow for discussion among the community.⁠

Frequently Asked Question about Element 11's Covid-19 Policy. ⁠
⁠
What happens if I have not been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, can I still attend the event?⁠
Unfortunately no, while you are partially vaccinated, we require full vaccination along with the 14 day wait period to attend Element 11. You may however get a covid test (specimen taken within 2 days of the event) to provide proof of a negative test result. ⁠
⁠
What documentation will you accept for proof of vaccination?⁠
Any photo, copy or original documentation that shows both shots, dates administered, and the person's name will be just fine. Many states now provide this information via an app. Since there may not be internet available to pull it up, please make sure to screenshot the pertinent info to show the Element 11 gate volunteers checking you in. ⁠
For Utah residents we highly recommend downloading the app called Docket. It is an application that houses your immunization records. It's extremely easy to set up. Here is the link: https://docket.care/⁠

What documentation will you accept for proof of negative test results?⁠
A test result may be in the form of written documentation (paper or electronic copy) or photo (information clearly visible and readable). The documentation must include:⁠
-Entity issuing the result (e.g., laboratory, healthcare entity, or telehealth service)⁠
-Specimen collection date. A negative test result must show the specimen was collected within the 2 days before the event. ⁠
-Information that identifies the person ⁠
-Test Result⁠
⁠
The policy says that we must have 2 shots. Is the Johnson and Johnson (J&J) shot accepted since it is only one shot? ⁠
Yes, the Johnson and Johnson vaccination will be accepted, and the same wait period will be in place. The shot must be received no less than 14 days before you arrive at the event. ⁠

We challenge all participants to find an artist or theme camp that needs help with their builds. This is a great way to get involved with the community and earn some skills on the way. ⁠

Proof of negative covid test dated no more than 48hrs days prior to your arrival on playa.
OR
Proof of the second vaccine dose completed no sooner than 14 days prior to the event.

In order to have a safe and successful event, we ask that you wear you masks in high traffic areas.
