As Element 11, Inc. progresses as a organization, the various positions, including those on the Board of Directors, are limited in their term of volunteer service to ensure that we infuse ourselves with new ideas and expertise. At this time, we have 3 specific positions on the Board which have reached the end of their term and we are seeking interested individuals to contribute their skills and wisdom to the organization and our community.

The Art Director is responsible for providing direction and support to E11 artists, spearheading the Art Grant Committee, coordinating the theme selection process for E11 events, and working closely with various departments for art placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art management, event coordination, and volunteer management, with a passion for promoting artistic expression and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with a knack for promoting positive imagery and encouraging active community involvement. With a hands-on approach to our brand’s presence, this role is pivotal in crafting our narrative through various platforms.
This position oversees all logistical aspects of the internal organization. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven track record in organizational management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a cohesive and productive environment.
